Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

RF Picking -- Location-First Picking
I'm not sure about y'all, but we encounter a TON of loading time on our RF devices while picking sales orders (especially since our orders are often 8+ lines long). It wouldn't be too bad except that the picking process is backwards from the way it should function.
As it currently is:
The RF Screen asks you what ITEM you wish to pick (and then you scan the ITEM).
It then asks you where that item is LOCATED (and you scan the LOCATION barcode).
This complete lack of direction makes it hard for new Pickers to move around knowledgeably, as they'll go to the next item on the list, pick it, and then run across the warehouse to find the next item on the list. It's only our really experienced pickers who know how to bundle and group items.
