Employee release date

Hey,

We want to get a workflow on employee where we might set after user edit the release date as mandatory when the employee status is not active...

But release date is not available to set as mandatory... is this just an oversight? It's a bit frustrating.

Suggestions?

We have a few people that interact with the emp records and a wf to ensure consistency would be ace.

If someone at Netsuite Command Central can tick that box we would be happy.
