Case Workflow Set Field Value Not Working
I am updating hundreds of Case records to set values for custom fields based on Customer records and Transaction records.
I am using Mass Update.
Case record custom field #1 sourced from the Transaction record works great.
Case record custom field #2 sources from Customer records returns a null value.
#1 and #2 are the same exact field types with same characteristics. The sourced from fields are also the exact same types, except one is on a Transaction record and the other is a Customer record.
Any ideas why the Case field can't source from the Customer record in a Workflow?
