Workflow Set Date Value not Working
I have created a workflow to mass update a new custom field on all Case records.
Custom field is Date and sources from a custom field "Order" which contains a Sales Order number and sources the Date from that Sales Order.
This works in the UI when I add a Sales Order number to the Case record. However, the Mass Update returns an error message that:
"You have entered an Invalid Field Value 2011-07-05 00:00:00 for the following field: custevent_case_date"
Any ideas on how to correct this? :h_a_w:
