Send Campaign Email
I have a workflow setup that initiates when I click New Case from the sales order. The first state updates the case with data from the sales order. The last action of this state is Subscribe to Record - Case Status.
When Case Status updates to Closed, the workflow transitions to the next state, Send Campaign Email for Customer Survey, After Record Submit. I have the Campaign Email scheduled to 1 Hour later. The workflow seems to get to State 2 ok, but does not fire the email. Any ideas on what I am missing?
