Task Status updates Customer Status
Hi all,
I'm trying to create a workflow that updates the customer status based on what happens from a Task.
I tried doing workflow on the customer record (for lead / prospect). In my first state, my action would be set task status = X, then Set field value for customer status = Y.
Problem: When I try to set the "task status = X" in the Condition box, I can't find the field for task status (nor the record of task).
Ideas?
