How to Copy Current Record Number to New Record
I'm quite new at using workflow, so here's my simple question:
I created a workflow to copy a case. How can I copy the current case number to the new case? I've created a "Case Copied From" custom field, but I when I select the Number (case number field) in the field mapping, I'm not able to map it to my custom field because it's not in the list. It wants to map "number" to "number" and that's it.
