Workflow Executing Multiple Times

edited Dec 2, 2019 3:40PM in SuiteCloud / Customization 1 comment

Does anyone know how/if a scheduled  run off of a saved search handles grouping in the results?

We have an automatic order approval workflow we are testing out in our sandbox, and we noticed that it is executing multiple times on the same SO. However, the number of times it is executing doesn’t match with the number of lines the SO has in the results if we do not group them.

Because of how the automatic order approval is being run, we cannot use “mainline = y” as a criteria, and do in fact need to look at each SO on a line by line basis. We have verified that if we add in another criteria to weed it down to a single line, it only runs once, so this definitely seems to be the problem, just a bit of a nonsensical one.
