You are attempting to send the same campaign email twice to the same recipient.
I have a workflow that uses a saved transaction search to find customers that have ordered X amount of days ago. It is based off of the sales order so I DO want them to get the email more than once if they fit into the criteria.
- It is a scheduled workflow.
- There is only 1 state with 2 actions:
[INDENT]- Send the campaign email[/INDENT]
[INDENT]- Set a field value on the sales order[/INDENT]
I get the error when the customer placed multiple orders on the same day. It will send the email to the first instance of the customer it finds but will email me that error for every duplicated instance it finds.
