Setting default shipping costs to SO

Hi

I am trying to set-up a new workflow where all new sales orders have a default shipping cost of £8, but there are two customers who only pay £5 and I can't figure out how to do this?

I managed to set the two customers to the £5, but when I added another action for all the remaining customers nothing happened and the shipping costs went to £0.00

This is the action that worked for one of the accounts with £5 shipping.

Shipping Cost=5.00 After Field Sourcing     Customer : Company Name = Misco UK Limited
