Workflow Not Setting Field Value
My workflow initiates when a Customer Web Form is submitted, which creates a Lead Record with Custom Field = X. This creates a new Opportunity.
I then need Custom Field reset to null.
I tried to do this by setting the Custom Field to null by initiating a separate workflow.
This works when the workflow initiates in the UI.
This does not work when the workflow initiates from a Customer Web Form.
