Workflow can only run for 300 records?
I have built a workflow that is running on a scheduled basis to update field values on the Prospect record. We are experiencing an issue where field values are not being updated although the logs indicate that they have successfully entered and exit the workflow. We had even gone so far as to create a checkbox on the Prospect record that should be ticked, via a workflow action.
NetSuite support says the SuiteFlow module has been built to only support processing 300 records at any given time and is causing my issue. However, I never have more than 100 records that require updates. I'm not sure what's going on, but wanted to know if anyone has encountered a similar situation?
