Setting Fields Dynamically...Help
I created a custom field called "customer case type" on my support cases. I would like to populate the value of that field, with a workflow, after someone edits the "case type" field.
I would like to dynamically set the "customer case type" field to equal the case type field. There will be a condition on this, but that part I have figured out.
Where I am running into issues is when I set the from field value to "current record" I can't choose case type in the field drop down. What am I doing wrong?
