Simple Opportunity Workflow
Hello,
I am new to this forum and rather new to NetSuite.
I am trying to create a workflow that would notify a user when an opportunity is closed. I have not been successful with this.
Currently, my workflow is as follows:
Workflow Summary = Initiation on Update and Create
Condition = Opportunity/Estimate Status equals Closed Won and Old Record Opportunity/Estimate Status does not equal Closed Won
State with one action = Email Sales Rep; condition is Opportunity/Estimate Status equals Closed Won and Old Record Opportunity/Estimate Status does not equal Closed Won
I initially started out with one that had two states (Open Opportunity and Notify) with the transition, etc. but it did not work. I was able to get a Lead Alert working with just the one state, so I thought I could do it with the opportunity but no luck.
