Connecting two transaction types to one workflow - How to? Possible?
So here is the situation:
Workflow 1 - Initiates when Fulfillment or Cash sale transactions are created/updated. The condition it looks for is if the status on the corresponding Sales Order is "billed"
That works awesome!
Now what I want to do is check the corresponding Sales Order to see what the total sales amount was. I have tried everything I can think of but can't get this to work. Any ideas?
Any "amount" or "total" fields are referencing the fulfillment or cash totals, not the sales orders (which makes sense as the workflow is not based on a sales order).
