Mass Update to Initiate Contact Workflow
Hello,
I have been trying to setup a Mass Update to Initiate a Contact Workflow that I have created, but when I preview the Mass Update, no results are returned. Even if I don't provide any criteria, no contacts are returned.
I know this works for Transactions, Customers, and Cases workflows, but for some reason it looks like there is an issue with Contacts. The regular Mass Update for Contacts returns all the contacts, so maybe there is a bug, or I'm missing something simple.
Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this or if its just me.
