Assigning a custom form with workflow
Greetings all,
I was hoping to set a custom form on a sales order record using 'set field value' in my state.
The goal is to have Field x's value on the Sales order determine the custom form to be applied to the Sales order, preferably before the user can even see the sales order (so on entry I am thinking).
I have used workflows successfully many times in the past, and before I continue I wanted to confirm that this is at least possible.
I have tried a bunch of different methods but nothing has worked so far.
