Inactivate case based on case title
I have been trying to create a workflow that will automatically inactivate a case based on its title (Subject) without success. Here are the rules i have created, can anyone see where i have gone wrong?
Workflow:
Record Type = Case
Release Status = Testing
Event Based = On Create
Trigger Type = After Record Submit
Condition = Visual Builder = Support Case : Title = Auto Close Email
Workflow State (Action):
Type = Set Field Value
Trigger Type = Entry
Field = Inactive
Static Value = Checked
I have tried sending multiple emails but each one comes through without the workflow being triggered.
Any help would be appreciated.
