Emailing from search results
Hello,
I'm still fresh to workflows and haven't yet used search results as a 'target' for emailing. Here's what we're trying to achieve:
We run a monthly training course and would like 2 separate emails to be sent at different times (possibly 2 workflows). The first email is just a standard booking confirmation so I'm assuming I can just do an on create email workflow, using the quote type of training, that will send as soon as the customer books online.
The Second part is where I'm struggling to plan it out. We want a 2nd reminder email to go 1 week before the course date (field sat on the item record). I was going to create a search that looks at the course date and populate this with the customers that have booked. How do I use this in the workflow?
