Change "Status" field value based on the submission of a child-record.
Hi All,
As many of you are probably familiar with (ha ha) I have a custom record that serves as a ticketing system. I have a child-custom-record attached to that custom record that allows us to add "Notes" to the parent custom record by way of an online form. What I need is to be able to have the "Status" field value (on the parent record) set to a specific value when someone submits a child-record that is attached to that form. For example:
Parent Custom Record Status = On Hold - Awaiting Reply
End-User submits an update to the parent custom record by way of the "Child Custom Record"
