Workflow to Uncheck 'Display In Website' on select items when ordered
I am looking for a way to have a workflow uncheck 'display in website' when an item is ordered online that contains a certain prefix.
We sell unique clearance items by using a number of kits so that they warehouse can edit the description and price, but don't have to create and delete numbers all the time. We use the prefix 'CLX' to mark these kits. All of these items are unique, so on the weekends, we would like to have our order-approval workflow uncheck 'display in website' when one of these is sold, so that it is taken out of the listing and not double-sold.
