Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Highest ROI for a 3rd party service
There was a thread in here asking about some of the best features you've discovered within NetSuite.
I'm curious about the best features discovered OUTSIDE of NetSuite. What 3rd party companies have added the largest increase to your bottom line ??
Several categories...
1. SEO and PPC management
2. NetSuite Web Store Add-Ons
3. NetSuite Channel Connectors
4. etc etc
Category #1 is overloaded with people pushing their services. Heck, my phonebook company (idearcmedia.com) says that they want to do our SEO and today I got a mailing from American Express (yea, the credit card company) saying they can handle or SEO. Who do you trust when it comes to this category? I'd probably only give any credit to a company that someone in here had a positive experience with. We used jump-fly at one time (for PPC management). They were OK to work with, but the ROI was no better than what I was getting managing PPC myself.
