LF NS Dev for 'Weather Forecast' Project (web services/suitelet)

Looking for a NS developer who can develop a solution to attain weather forecast data (at least 5+ days forecast) from a reliable source (NOAA, Google, etc) and populate custom fields in individual customer records according to region/zip code.  Daily updates would be best, but weekly is also useful.

We have over ~10k customer records right now, and we need a solution that is not just effective but expandable as well to accomodate a growing amount of customers.
