Cant remove client from store locator
We have a customer record created and this customer has gone out of business. I need to remove them from our store locater but when I try and change anyting on their account I get an error message saying
"You have entered an Invalid Field Value for the following fields: salesteamtotal"
I have the customer status set to "customer-closed"
It will not let me update the contribution % in the sales team section?
Any suggestion would be great. We need to get this store out of our locator and cant make any changes to the customer record and I believe it because of the contribution % section. We have one sales person added to the sales team and the percent is blank and then there is another employee added no employee is listed but he contribution is at 100%.
