Seeking Virtual Office or Answering Service for B2B Company

We're a small manufacturing company (B2B) seeking an answering service or virtual office that goes beyond something like PBNext (software that just routes calls). We are looking for a company that has a live person to respond to prospects and customers questions as first level response. This would include things like directing customers to areas of our web site, assist with entering in repair tickets (online case forms), and matching products to customer needs based on a script. And then, of course, routing calls or taking messages. So we are looking for something more than just an answering service. Volume
