Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Article: Seven Questions for Zach Nelson--Qontext?
Excellent article on the future of NetSuite linked to on the NS login page.
http://allthingsd.com/20110523/seven-questions-for-netsuite-ceo-zach-nelson/?mod=tweet
Zach mentions social media in questions six and seven, and fails to mention Qontext, a social media site similar to the ones he mentioned.
The fact is that Qontext is the only social media site that integrates fully with NetSuite with a single sign-on. They added a great feature, "follow customer" and many features that Yammer, Chatter and others don't have.
Look at Qontext in the SuiteApps section and on the NS login page. I don't work for Qontext or get paid a cent, but I am a user of the various social media services and the Qontext service wins any head to head comparison. It fits the 360 approach of NS, and not having to log into another system and leave NS that Yammer requires.
