echosign - love it for sales, how about vendors?

We are using echosign-netsuite integration for sales efforts and it has been tremendous.  I am wondering if we could use it for sending documentation of expenses?  Basically, get the echosign functionality on the Vendor side?  Anyone done this or have ideas?
