What have you done to help with Customer Business Solutions
Wondering if any company out there has been able to use NetSuite to help with business solotions ie things that customers need that may put you on the edge of the competition. Looking for something people may have done to integrate with SAP or anything interesting.
Here, we have been able to implement a few things
1. Provide customers with scheduled saved searches that they can import into their system to make payments
2. Proof of Delivery, with Xerox we were able to purchase this software that will scan our packing slips with customers signatures and make them available to our customers through the My Account section and by a webservice and also working on having it so we can email it to the right department
