Need Custom Workflow for Consignment Management

We are looking for a Netsuite Consultant to automate our inventory consignment process.  We are currently using a process similar to what is described in https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=20489&highlight=inventory+consignment

We want to automate the inventory adjs on the outgoing and incoming goods.  We would also like to keep a log of the "fulfilled" consignments with the tracking numbers.
