Principal responsibilities include:
- Working cross-functionally to help create and understand business processes and requirements to meet future growth demands
- Identifying and driving process and system improvements
- Developing and managing reports, dashboards, scripts, custom workflows and Web Services
- Providing user technical support, including developing training materials
