Proposal Generator

I am looking for a tool that connects to netsuite (Quotes) and has the ability to write a formal proposal (Often many pages long).  Best case would be that it outputs to MS Word for final editing.  Does anyone have a product that can do this...  If not any Ideas on how to move foward.
