Need help implementing an EDI task

We are looking to export from Netsuite a Sales Order / Fulfillment order and have it sent to our 3PL,
I believe EDI document 940.
Then have EDI 945 sent back to Netsuite and update the Pick/Pack/Ship field in the Fulfillment, and put the Tracking # into the Sales Order.

The 3PL has an FTP server that we can put the transaction, where they will pick it up.  Then they will put a file in a different folder, (the 945), where we will need to have a job check it every x minutes so that we can update Netsuite.
