Looking For Help With Reference Checkout Customization Issue
Hi there, I'm tasked with helping my office overcome an issue with our Reference Checkout cart implementation. Currently customers purchasing digital downloads of our recordings are forced to enter shipping information and choose a zero cost shipping option. We would like to eliminate this requirement for digital download customers. Customers buying digital-only items should not have to enter or select Shipping Information. Some work has already been done in this area (we have the ability to flag the cart as digital-only) but we have gotten stuck supporting international customers specifically. They get an error because domestic shipping is required somewhere
