Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Allow selection of options for kits
Hello users,
If you have lots of different combination of items and find it painful when a new product comes into inventory because they have to generate multiple items in NetSuite. And needs to be able to sell those new items or item options easily without the user to have to scroll into a ton of items.
We Have a Solution
The item will have to be categorized in order to ensure we can associate them to a specific kit. An item hierarchy will have to be defined through a custom record structure (To be defined).
On the website, items displayed will be the main item only. These will hold a reference to all their option items. The Product detail page will have to be modified to fetch all the possible options tied to the main item.
