Recepient Created Tax Invoice for Australia Tax Needs

[*]I would like to know if there is module that I can utilize or a solution for Recipient Created Tax Invoice for Australia. I haven't been able to find much help on Australian tax provision within NetSuite. I am sure NetSuite has many Australian customers. And, I would like to know what they are doing to accomplish this business need. Most of this detail comes from Vendor Bill, but we're unable to print vendor bills in NetSuite or have custom print template for vendor bills.
