Project Management - Search Formulas

edited Nov 28, 2019 12:25PM in Accounting / ERP 3 comments

Hello All:

I'm new to managing projects in NetSuite.  Typically I over-saw case management, but now I am working with teams that operate in projects.  That being said, I am finding it difficult to run search queries on the data I find important.

A primary one is attempting to gain records of "last communication" with a customer through a project.  We utilize the "messages" and "user notes" tabs inside the project itself.

I am able to run searches that show me the MAX value of the dates for the two days calculated in days so I can see it's been X days since a customer has been communicated in one tab or the other, but I am looking to break the report down further to tell me the smallest integer between the two and only report on that.

Howdy, Stranger!
