Attaching cases to projects
I need to track enhancement requests for customers. We now open a case for each enhancement request and document the requirements, then escalate the case to product management. What I'd like to do is to treat a category of enhancements (such as reporting) as one project with assigned work. I created a project and assigned my resources, but when I look under the Case tab, I don't see a way to hook a pre-existing case to the project - I only see a way to create new cases.
Any thoughts? ideas?
