Exposing all shipping options at the shopping cart

Does anyone have experience with exposing all shipping options at the shopping cart using SSP one page reference cart? We use both UPS and USPS shipping items and need all options to be shown at the shopping cart. It would be fine to continue to default the Netsuite rate and shipping item so that the totals info would not require modifications and recalculation. Basically something as simple as "Here are other rates which are available to select from during Checkout". Then list them all without a selector option. Contact matt@sailrite.com if you are for hire and have done this modification or something similar.
