Changing an employee labor cost - effect on Project Cost
Has anyone come up with a method of getting the Labor Cost to remain constant on a project when the cost of a resource changes? Example if we promote an employee and give them a pay increase on June 1, the projects that they were working on up until that point all have their labor cost increased to reflect the new cost, even though the employees rate was lower at the time the work was being done. I was thinking we could add a custom field to "save" the cost of that time record based on the employee's cost at
