Vendors Timesheet

Hello
Sometimes I use external resources from a vendor or different vendors on my projects and I need that they register their time using timesheet.
How can I register these external consultants?

If i register them as individual vendors and mark as resources I can't collect them under a unique vendor company.

Please Help!
