Automatic Forecast Charge Generation Issue
Hello everyone. Has anyone had issues with Forecast charges not generating automatically when Charge Rules are created against project task and item? The behavior we saw during our go live was that once charge rules are created, forecast charges generated automatically. However the issue we are seeing is that when charge rules are created (Milestone or T&M), no forecast charges are generated automatically. Project itself has "Generate Forecast Charge on Demand" preferenced NOT Checked so it should go through and generate no?
The reason for this is that we source in service items from project into sales order. In order for this to work properly, forecast charges for items MUST be generated.
