Project Billing: discount don't appear in bill / Urgent

Hello,
I have a situation here: we created a sales order regarding a project an we applied some discounts but invoice doesn't include those discounts.
Billing Schedule: Times and Materials.

Why we did it?
We have different billing classes associated to each role in a project but we applied a discount to this customer and we need to show it in invoice.
We create invoices using Billable Time function.

Please Help!! it's really urgent.
