Parent task start date not updating to earliest start date of subtasks
When adding parent tasks and then subtasks, I noticed that the start date of the parent task is never updated to match the earliest start date of it's subtasks. Is this a bug?
The attachment is an image of a project I created to mimic the project image in the help topic "Identifying Parent Tasks". The start date of the parent task Survey should be 12/31/2013 and the start date of the parent task Report should be 2/5/2014. can somebody confirm this is a bug? The end date, estimated and remaining work fields are updated correctly, just not the start date.
