corporate controller
Hi,
We have a holding company with 2 subs on same level. Each sub has separate operations and can set up departments as accounts, sales etc. However we need the corporate controller from the holding to be able to access both subs and check transactions. We feel using departments would fit best to set this up. Is there somewhere a general guide on how to structure this?
