QIP let me loose too early
Hi all,
I have been a netsuite user for 2 months. I get a new password to my QIP training every month. Friday, I got an e-mail stating that my "class pass" has expired. I checked my original sales order, and it says that I get (and paid for) 12 months of access to training.
I responded by e-mail to the message from QIP and I cc'd it to my salesperson. I also left 2 messages for my salesperson with no response.
I was planning to use this training some more this weekend, but now I have no password to get in.
Does anyone here have any insight into this? Did Netsuite charge you for 12 months and then turn you off after 2? If anyone from Netsuite is listening, can you please send me the current QIP password?
