Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Pricing Suggestions
I was trying to find a suitable place for this post but couldn't find any. As a small business user, I would suggest Netsuite consider some kind of pricing structure that is aligned with the size of the customer.
Common business practices give incentives to volume purchasers which does not do small businesses any good. Large customers have the cash flow and resources. I'm a member of several trade organizations and our annual fees vary by company size. They do this to increase membership base.
Has anyone in Netsuite thought about charging less for CRM users such as sales reps or warehouse people? I drop ship some of my items and how I wish I could give access to the warehouse manager of my vendor so that he could fill my orders and print shipping labels. I just could not justify spending a full access license on such a user.
