Customer Support ideas
In this new area, Evan indicated that this is for feedback on customer support. While trying not to be to brutal, I find it rather brave, and a positive step for NS in dealing with support.
Support has been changing- the new help features are incredible, but personally, there are still times I find myself having to phone in. Specific reasons where I need an answer quickly.
I still find myself holding (silver support) for a minimum of an hour, before anyone answers my call. In documenting and identifying the issue, I must then talk them through it, I believe in the attempts to have them recreate it.
