Which Support Program Do You Use?
Hi Everyone -
I am at the end of my first year's contract with Netsuite and am looking at our renewal options.
In our first year we had "NetCare SILVER Customer Support". Overall it was good for my start-up period. However now that we are considering renewal and are established in what we are doing, I am questioning the value of support.
So I'd like to know (especially for multi-year users) what support program do you use? If you are in a "maintenance mode" do you need to have a Silver or Gold program?
Is the on-line support program adequate?
