Auto-Response to Online Case is Lacking
Something must have changed recently. The email auto-response that I just received from submitting an ER online was next to worthless. All it provided was my Case#.
The response used to provide ALL of the form/text that I had filled in on the online form. This was VERY HELPFUL as it easily documented the case that I had submitted. Now I have NO record of that case, other than to go online.
Could you please add back in the text that the user submitted.
