Is there a way to get immediate response?
We have the silver care support and have had a major issue dating back to October 2007. A case was opened and it took 60 days for Netsuite to do anything. Then they performed some kind of migration and caused more problems. Now when we talk to support we are being told that the issue is in Q&A (not sure what that means). This is an inventory issue and it is causing problems with our inventory and not providing accurate financial information. Our salesrep was recently changed and he has not returned phone calls in a timely manner. This is
